The dynamic mechanics keep everyone on their toes, as the trump suit can shift mid-battle, reflecting the crowd's preferred school of gladiators. The strongest gladiator from this category will emerge victorious!

If no gladiator from the favored school joins the fight, the most powerful gladiator from the initiating school steps in to claim glory. Players must follow the initiating school's lead when possible; however, a clever 'challenge' move enables you to match the strength of the last gladiator played, instantly shifting the preferred school to your own gladiator's advantage!

As the battles rage on, race to recruit gladiators that earn positive crowd favor while skillfully avoiding those that could bring you negative acclaim. The stakes rise with each round, as gathering the highest crowd favor becomes crucial.
