Welcome to Fields of Arle, an enchanting board game created by the brilliant Uwe Rosenberg. Here, you and a companion can immerse yourselves in the tranquil life of farmers in the picturesque town of Arle, nestled in East Frisia.

The lush, fertile lands surrounding this charming village offer an ideal canvas for ambitious players eager to grow flax and thrive. Over the span of four and a half years of strategic gameplay, your adventure will unfold with the seasons, providing you with various opportunities to make your mark.

    Work the Land
Step into your farming adventure and take charge of your land to cultivate a flourishing village. Construct dikes to protect against flooding, expand your fields, and transform bogs into vibrant pastures by harvesting peat. Whether you prefer raising livestock, planting timber, or focusing on flax farming, the possibilities are endless!

    Tools of the Trade
At the beginning of each half-year, strategize your efforts for maximum yield. Head to the Master space to acquire superior tools, perfect your livestock with the Cattle Trainer, or build a fleet of vehicles for transporting your harvest. Each season presents unique chances: milk your animals, nurture young ones, harvest flax in the fall, or shear sheep in the spring. After each half-year, manage your inventory carefully to ensure that both your family and animals are well-fed and thriving.

    Travel and Prosper
As you clear fields and gather resources, it’s time to connect with potential buyers. The more vehicles you acquire, the greater your shipping capacity will be. Expand your travel experience, earn points, and dispatch your goods throughout these transformative four and a half years. Build your farm, enhance your transportation methods, and capitalize on the endless opportunities presented by the ever-changing landscape.

With numerous paths leading to success in Fields of Arle, you have the freedom to choose your route, cultivate your land, and engage in delightful competition as you build your fortune!
