Every turn presents you with two enticing actions: Meditate or Cultivate.

Meditate: Select one of the face-up cards on the board to collect, along with any Bonsai tiles illustrated below it.

Cultivate: Enrich your bonsai masterpiece by strategically placing tiles from your personal supply into your miniature landscape. Harness the total symbols on your Seishi tile and Growth cards to maximize your place tiles – each move is crucial to executing your grand strategy.

As your bonsai evolves, you'll discover Goal tiles at the center of the table. Meet or exceed the requirements of a Goal tile, and you face an exciting choice: will you seize it now, or aim for something even more ambitious?

The game reaches its climax when the final deck card is revealed. Points are calculated based on the tiles adorning your bonsai, ultimately deciding who stands victorious.
