Secrecy is your greatest ally. While you wield immense power at the helm of The Committee, the world remains blissfully unaware of your machinations. But keep your wits about you; the stakes are high as you vie for global influence!

The game unfolds over several rounds, each comprised of distinct phases designed to challenge your strategic prowess. Each round begins with the Action Phase, where players perform significant actions, including deploying agents to infiltrate the Infiltration Zone. Objective cards represent institutions ripe for the taking, but beware—other players will be gunning for the same cards. Race against time and rivals to secure your advantage!

Next comes the Takeover Phase, where players claim their captured cards and strategically return agents from those objectives. This is your moment to consolidate power!

As the round concludes, the Treaty Phase begins once all objective cards in the Infiltration Zone are claimed. Each player has the opportunity to forge a treaty with powerful organizations—some familiar, others cloaked in mystery—enhancing your influence and resources.

At the conclusion of the game, players tally their influence points, derived from objective cards, global project participation, and treaty agreements.
