We currently ship to the following regions:

• Portugal (Mainland and Islands): Includes all areas within Mainland Portugal, as well as the Azores and Madeira.
• European Union (EU): Covers all member states of the EU.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Mainland Portugal: 2–4 business days.
• Azores and Madeira: 5–10 business days (depending on the transport method).
• European Union: 5–12 business days (varies by destination).

Please note that these times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays, such as adverse weather conditions or courier issues.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are determined based on the order's total weight and the delivery destination. The exact shipping fee will be displayed during the checkout process.

• Mainland Portugal: Starting at €5.
• Azores and Madeira: Starting at €8.
• European Union: Starting at €13 (varies by destination country).

We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over €100 within Mainland Portugal.

Shipping Methods

• All orders are dispatched via MRW or DPD to ensure secure and efficient delivery.
• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Undelivered Orders

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or other issues beyond our control, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
