The Global Conspiracy expansion enhances your gameplay experience of Deep State with four dynamic modules that can be combined in the way that suits your strategy best. Each module introduces unique elements to elevate the tension and complexity of your game.

Delve into each module's content, filled with Projects and mini-expansions that can be played separately or integrated seamlessly with the core game. While all components are designed to complement each other, some combinations shine particularly brightly—rules provide guidance on optimal pairings.

1. STRONG-ARM TACTICS MODULE

This module features the Counter-Terrorism Project, Black Operations, a XXI Century mini-expansion with 7 cards, and 3 Treaty cards.

Step into a world where the Counter-Terrorism Project takes advantage of societal fears, channeling power toward elite counter-terrorism organizations. The Black Operations contribute chaos, but this strategy ultimately reshapes the rules of engagement. Players will find themselves battling not just for victory, but for the very fate of a fractured world.

Engaging gameplay mechanics require you to discard cards to advance in Counter-Terrorism, while allowing you to deploy Agents from your Recruitment Pool during critical infiltrations and coalescing covert operations. Black Operations operate on a different level; they are conducted sequentially and demand calculated sacrifices, as you discard cards to enact strategies like Cyber Threat, Eco Terrorism, and Blackout.

2. FOURTH ESTATE MODULE

This module encompasses the Global Media Project, the Trends mini-expansion featuring 6 cards, and 3 Treaty cards.

Seize control of the narrative with the Global Media Project, which manipulates societal views through the power of the media. Trends—socio-political currents originating from influential nations—shape the greater dialogue, requiring players to adapt strategies with precise timing.

Gameplay dictates that you sacrifice prior Treaties to advance in Global Media. The cost is steep, but the rewards are monumental: each advancement nets you an Objective card, and at game’s end, one of your Supreme Power cards can yield considerable Influence from captured Objectives. Trends provide ongoing advantages each round, allowing players to gain more Influence throughout the game.

3. REPTILOIDS MODULE

This module introduces the Reptiloid Project, 15 Reptiloid Objective cards, 3 Treaty cards, 3 Contactee cards (Men of Action), and 1 UFO Hysteria card (Trend).

The Reptiloids Module dives into the realm of fictional conspiracy theories, showcasing a world where the reptilian beings from Nibiru are on the brink of global domination. Players compete for Reptiloid Objective cards that facilitate new Treaties while laughing at the absurdity of conditions.

This module replaces the Deep State Project, creating fierce competition for new Treaties while collecting Influence—players must hold sufficient Special Interest emblems to maximize their gains!

4. SUPERIORITY DOCTRINE MODULE

This module includes the Nuclear Power, Worldwide Bank, and World, Inc. Projects.

These Projects serve as replacements for base game elements, giving players unique benefits: Nuclear Power rewards you with Ghost Agents for every World War card used, Worldwide Bank expands your reach across the Infiltration Zone, and World, Inc. offers return on your agents' missions while generating Influence for every Project involved.

PLAYERS
