Welcome to the quirky world of Town 77, where residents have a unique aversion to identical houses lining up next to each other! Your challenge? Build as many charming homes as possible while strategically managing your hand of tiles.

In this engaging tile-laying game, each player holds a hand of tiles featuring one of seven distinct house styles, each available in seven vibrant colors and patterns. With 49 tiles in total, representing every possible combination, you'll have plenty of options to work with. At the start, everyone begins with a random assortment of tiles, setting the stage for a thrilling competition.

The action kicks off with the first player placing a tile in the upper-left corner of an imaginary 7x7 square grid. On each turn, players must strategically add tiles to a row or column, ensuring that each new addition is adjacent to at least one existing tile and doesn't repeat the color or house style already present in that particular line. After placing a tile, players can decide whether to draw a new tile from the pool or keep their hand as it is. However, beware—the moment you reduce the size of your hand, you can’t increase it again!

If a player finds themselves unable to make a move on their turn, they're out of the game. Once all players have been eliminated, the victory goes to the player with the fewest tiles remaining in their hand, or, in the event of a tie, the one who played last!
