Welcome to Tax the Rich, a thrilling trick-taking game where power dynamics are constantly in flux! Gather your friends and prepare to navigate a deck filled with characters from all walks of life, ranging from the Poor to the President.

Each round kicks off with a lively bidding phase, where players determine the trump color and the number of tricks needed to score those coveted bonus points. Once the bidding concludes, the winning player and their ally must work together to claim the required number of tricks.

In this game, the higher the social rank, the stronger the card. But here’s the twist: if your hand is left with all cards bearing the flag symbol, you can instigate a revolution. Reveal your cards, and watch as the social hierarchy flips upside down. Suddenly, the lowest-ranked cards become the most powerful! But beware — calling for a revolution means your cards will be displayed face up for all to see during that round.

Add even more excitement with the game’s thirteen rule cards! These introduce unique abilities for specific character cards, allowing the Workers to "unionize," the Billionaires to attempt a "power grab," and the Scientists to "debunk" false claims, among others. Choose to play with random rule cards or follow one of the engaging scenarios suggested in the rules for a tailored experience.

For an even deeper strategic layer, try the optional variant that allows players to collect cards featuring a feminist icon. This can trigger a feminist revolution, elevating the value of all female characters in the game!
