Risk Legacy redefines board gaming with its revolutionary concept of campaigning! At its core, this game keeps the classic essence of traditional Risk, but adds a captivating twist that will draw players in again and again.

Command nations and regions on a beautifully detailed world map as you engage in strategic combat. Dice rolling determines your losses while you strive for total dominance. Your objective? Eliminate your opponents from the board or be the first to seize a set number of 'red stars'—also known as victory points (VPs). But that's just the beginning!

What truly sets Risk Legacy apart is its dynamic and evolving gameplay. Players can choose from five unique factions, each featuring distinctive pieces and, importantly, unique rules. At the start of your first game, each faction earns the power to break one minor rule, offering a tactical edge. Picture the ability to move troops at any point during your turn instead of just at the end—now that’s a game-changer!

A standout feature is the pivotal decision-making process surrounding faction powers. Players must select one of two abilities to enhance their game, applying a sticker to their faction card while destroying the card with the alternative power. The instructions are clear: ‘If a card is DESTROYED, it is removed from the game permanently. Rip it up. Throw it in the trash.’ This commitment to permanent change introduces incredible depth to your gameplay experience.

As you progress through your campaign, you can enhance your nation's resources, adjust die roll bonuses, and implement continent-wide troop benefits that affect all players. The rulebook becomes an evolving treasure, featuring blank spaces for players to jot down new rules as they emerge. Some rules may even lay dormant, waiting to be triggered in future games.
