When drawing cards, remember that the total value cannot exceed 3. With card values ranging from 1 to 3, every choice counts!

Building floors requires a bit more cunning. You'll need to play two cards from your hand; the value of one card determines how many floors you can build, while the color of the other sets the hue of those floors. With just three cards, you have six potential building configurations at your disposal, and the more cards you collect, the greater your options become!

But beware: while constructing, you not only score points, but also create opportunities for your opponents. Buildings are communal spaces—start something great, and a rival might just swoop in to finish it! This thrilling risk management aspect ensures that staying vigilant to others' moves is key to triumph.

Strategically build floors, snag bonus points by completing houses, or develop in prime locations to fulfill public contracts. Create impressive combos for a big scoring turn and manipulate the city to align with your private contracts for maximum score at the end of the game.
