In this competitive board game for 1-6 players, you will take on the role of a space explorer, working to develop the most promising planet. Each round, players strategically place polyomino-shaped tiles on their planets, each tile representing essential infrastructure needed to support life. Each tile placement is crucial—efficiently covering your planet while enhancing its potential! You'll also activate two actions associated with the resource types depicted on the tile. But watch out! Some tile placements may trigger 'meteors,' which can complicate development on all planets, preventing scoring in affected rows and columns. **Planet Unknown** takes the beloved polyomino gameplay to a whole new level with its innovative Lazy S.U.S.A.N. space station, allowing for simultaneous yet strategic turn-based play.
