As players take on the role of competing military intelligence directors, the stakes are high. The Abwehr is on a mission to uncover the Allies' invasion plans, while the London Controlling Section (LCS) strives to safeguard this vital information. Who will outsmart the other in this cat-and-mouse game of deception?

Set up the board with a variable arrangement of tiles placed face down, representing key locations in the Mediterranean where primary and secondary offensives will occur. Each of the six game months presents an opportunity for the Abwehr player to gather evidence tokens, turning tiles face-up to discern the Allies' next move.

To earn those crucial evidence tokens, players must build impressive hands of five cards and engage in trick-taking reminiscent of classic poker strategies. A winning hand grants two evidence tokens, while successfully betting on who will claim the best five-card hand after the first three cards are revealed can score three additional tokens!

But beware — clever manipulation of the decks is key. Craft a double-cross deck to keep cards you need hidden until the right moment strikes. Or, opt for your unique deck filled with abilities inspired by historical figures and events to gain the upper hand. The LCS even has access to Ultra, the decrypted German codes, but utilizing this advantage wisely is crucial to securing victory.
