As Mind MGMT pushes its agenda for global domination, a glimmer of hope emerges. A band of renegade agents has uncovered the truth: the organization has been compromised. These brave defectors, wielding their own psychic abilities, are determined to thwart Mind MGMT's sinister plans.

Enter Mind MGMT: The Psychic Espionage Game. Here, one player takes on the role of Mind MGMT, navigating the city on a secret map in search of new recruits. They must visit locations that correspond to one of their three randomly drawn feature cards, all while protecting key areas with their four Immortals.

Meanwhile, the other players become rogue agents on a mission to stop Mind MGMT before it's too late! Armed with sharp wits and clever deduction skills, they must question the Recruiter and decipher the answers to pinpoint the organization's location. To keep track of vital information, rogue agents utilize dry-erase 'mental notes', turning the tide of the game with their detective work.

Mind MGMT can win by collecting twelve recruits or surviving through sixteen tense turns. However, the rogue agents can only claim victory by capturing the elusive Mind MGMT—triggering a thrilling showdown when they believe they have closed in on its position.
