On horseback and ready for battle, fierce warriors—both men and women—emerged as a force to be reckoned with. They wielded swords, axes, and bows with unyielding skill. But don’t be fooled; they were not mere savages. This remarkable society was known for its incredible artisans, who crafted exquisite gold trinkets and created revolutionary leather armor. Notably, they pioneered the use of the recurve bow and trained eagles for both hunting and warfare. Legend has it that their valor inspired the Greek tales of the Amazons, but the Raiders of Scythia were more than mere myth—they were history in the making.

In Raiders of Scythia, your goal is to earn the most Victory Points (VP) by the end of the game. How do you achieve this? By raiding Settlements, pillaging valuable Plunder, and successfully completing exciting Quests. Assemble your formidable Crew, train magnificent Animals, and gather the necessary Provisions to lead your tribe to glory.

As the game unfolds, watch for the moment when only two unraided Settlements or two Quests remain on the Main Board—this will signal the final stretch towards triumph.
