This expansion introduces four brand-new factions: Darkanians, Mowyed, Space Giants, and Tinkeroids. Each faction opens up unique strategies as they explore two exciting new planet types: proto planets and asteroids.

Prepare for adventure with innovative map layouts that feature mysterious holes where the lost fleet's ships will materialize, paired with captivating new planet types. Dive into the unknown with smaller sector tiles—“interspace” and “deep space”—that include these fresh planet additions.

Explore the cosmos with the new ships from the Lost Fleet, bringing you unprecedented access to new action spaces, technologies, and valuable technology tiles. Take note: traditional Q.I.C. actions are no more—now they’re exclusively available on these ships, making every move crucial!

The expansion also brings 3 new standard tech tiles and 6 advanced tech tiles, alongside 4 new round boosters and 3 round scoring tiles to keep the gameplay dynamic and engaging. You’ll also discover 3 final scoring tiles that can turn the tide of victory!

To ensure balanced gameplay, adjustments have been made to factions, including starting resources, income levels, additional actions, and varied exploration costs. For added fun, Lantids now receive cover-up tiles for their Production Indicator in games with 1-3 players.
