This limited-information cooperative game challenges players to unite as Valkun Heroes, each equipped with unique abilities and skills. You’ll need to collaborate and think strategically to fend off the relentless Skreel army that threatens the city of Medda and seeks to eliminate your leader, Norad.

Your path to victory is paved with dynamic action cards that allow you to outsmart the nearly infinite enemy forces. Achieving victory requires fulfilling various goal cards, which may include sealing the three Nests of the Skreel, rescuing the citizens of Medda, or recruiting fierce Marall mercenaries to bolster your ranks. Flip all 6 Banner tokens to the victory side and claim your triumph!

Each game presents a fresh challenge, as the selection of Goal cards varies, keeping the gameplay exciting and unpredictable.

But beware! Every action taken in battle elicits a reaction. When you play a card, you’ll only see one side while your fellow players gain insight into the reverse—but they can’t share details outright. Communication is essential, yet the chaos of battle restricts your ability to speak freely.

Each card presents a duality: one side offers a beneficial effect (the light side), while the other can inflict a harsh setback (the shadow side). A single wrong move could mean defeat—should your Hero fall, an enemy slips past your defenses, or the Incubation track reaches its limit, the game is lost!
