Step into the role of a leader representing one of the Great Houses of the Landsraad. Raise your banner high, and prepare to rally your forces and spies. As the struggle for dominance intensifies, the desert planet of Arrakis becomes the epicenter of conflict.

At the game's outset, you’ll receive a distinctive leader card along with a deck that mirrors those of your competitors. As you navigate the game, your choices in card acquisition will shape your strengths and vulnerabilities. Cards will empower you to send your Agents to various board locations, thereby influencing your overall strategy. Build your military prowess to deploy formidable troops, or finesse your way into the favor of the four powerful political factions: the Emperor, the Spacing Guild, the Bene Gesserit, and the Fremen.

What sets Dune: Imperium apart from conventional deck builders is its turn structure. Instead of playing all your cards at once, you’ll draw a hand at the beginning of each round and alternate turns with fellow players. During your turn, you’ll place one Agent by playing one card. Once you’ve exhausted your Agents, a Reveal turn follows, allowing you to unveil the remaining cards in your hand. This reveals your Persuasion and Swords—the former used to acquire more potent cards, and the latter to arm your troops for combat based on the current round’s Conflict card.
