Diamant — also known as Incan Gold — is the ultimate quick-paced, press-your-luck adventure that will keep you on the edge of your seat!

In this thrilling game, players dive into mysterious mine shafts or embark on jungle explorations by drawing cards from a deck. As you uncover shiny gems along the way, they are shared among players, while any leftover treasures are placed on the card for future grabs. But wait! Before the next card is turned over, you’ll need to make a crucial decision: will you risk it all to continue your quest, or will you stash your finds and make a safe exit?

Why take the risk? Because lurking in the deck are terrifying hazards: scorpions, snakes, poison gas, explosions, and rockfalls. When a specific hazard appears for the second time (such as a second scorpion), everyone remaining in the mine or jungle must toss aside all the gems they’ve collected that round and scramble to safety!

The real strategy lies in understanding the balance between risk and reward. As players leave the game in search of safety, their departure increases the value of gems for those daring enough to stay. Will you venture deeper into the unknown, or play it safe? The choice is yours!

But that’s not all! Every edition of Incan Gold and subsequent editions of Diamant feature five special artifact cards that are shuffled into the mix of gem and hazard cards. These artifacts can change the game! When revealed, they remain on the path, untouchable until the end of the turn. If only one player opts to leave at that moment, they gather not just the remaining gems but also the precious artifact, granting them extra points come game end!
