In this engaging board game, a band of aspiring explorers sets out with one common goal: to unearth treasures from ancient undersea ruins. But here’s the catch—they’re all fierce rivals sharing a rented submarine, navigating not only their ambitions but also limited resources!
The stakes are high as these treasure hunters race against each other while keeping a close eye on their precious air supply. Each player faces a critical challenge: return to the submarine before running out of air, or risk losing all the treasures they’ve worked hard to collect!
Game Objective: Over the course of three thrilling rounds, players strategize to accumulate points by returning the highest number of ruins chips to the submarine. Keep in mind: you can only return once per round, and every trip must yield treasures in hand!
Turn Progression: Each turn is packed with tension and excitement as players navigate through four key steps:
- Declare your intention: Will you turn back or forge ahead?
- Reduce your air supply: Every move counts!
- Roll the dice: Move your game piece forward.
- Search your surroundings: When you’ve stopped, choose one of the following options:
- A) Do nothing and stay put.
- B) Pick up a ruins chip and bolster your treasure trove.
- C) Place a ruins chip and strategize your next move.
