Embark on an exhilarating adventure in Celestia, the thrilling reimagining of the classic game Cloud 9! Gather your team of daring adventurers and board a magnificent aircraft as you soar through the enchanting cities of Celestia, all while striving to collect their wondrous treasures.

At the start of your epic journey, players will position their pawns within the aircraft and receive a hand of six cards (or eight, depending on the number of players). In each round, the excitement builds as one player becomes the captain, rolling 2 to 4 dice to unveil the challenges that await: ominous fog, fierce lightning bolts, dangerous birds, or cunning pirates.

The captain must strategically play the right cards—whether it’s a compass to navigate through fog, a lightning arrester to deflect storms, or cannons to fend off attackers—to progress to the next city. However, before any card is played, every player faces a critical decision: stay on board or exit the aircraft.

If you choose to exit, you will secure guaranteed victory points from exploring the current city. But, if you opt to remain on board, you risk missing out on those points for the chance to collect even more treasures in the next city. Beware! If the captain fails to conquer the challenge, the entire crew will plunge back to the ground empty-handed, prompting a fresh start for all adventurers.

Throughout the journey, clever adventurers can grab fabulous items like jetpacks or astronomy glasses to enhance their exploration—or even alter the course of the trip by adjusting travel routes or abandoning an explorer in the city. The game concludes when one player amasses at least fifty points in treasure, crowning them the ultimate winner of this high-flying quest!
