A Feast for Odin: The Norwegians is the thrilling first major expansion to the acclaimed board game, A Feast for Odin. Get ready to embark on Viking-sized adventures that will elevate your gameplay and ignite your strategic thinking like never before!

Renewed Action Board: At the heart of this expansion lies a freshly designed action board made up of three double-sided pieces. Flip them to unveil a multitude of actions tailored for different player counts. Explore exhilarating activities like butchering, elk-hunting, fishing, and thievery! Adjustments to existing actions now make animal strategies more viable than before. For instance, you can acquire two of the same animal in a single action! The addition of a fifth column allows you to maximize your moves: expend just one Viking to forge a special tile with a sword value of 8 or less using ore, or utilize a whaling boat for a 'small emigration' action that occupies a banquet table spot, scores 7VP, and costs no silver. But tread carefully! Once you utilize the fifth column, you can’t place additional Vikings for the remainder of the round.

New Puzzle Tiles: Immerse yourself in an ocean of unique puzzle tiles. Discover a 2x5 rectangle featuring horses, pregnant horses, leather, and vadmal, as well as a 5-space 'U' shape showcasing herbs, pigs, antlers, and tools. Red versions introduce exciting new animals: horses worth 6VP and pigs that breed every round, adding depth to your animal strategies! Explore five new grey special tiles, like a pan, hauberk, and anvil—most of which can be forged with ore. An extra goods box is included to hold all these new tiles.

Four New Exploration Boards: Set sail with the expansion’s brand-new exploration boards, showcasing islands such as the Isle of Man, Isle of Skye, Islay, and Outer Hebrides. Flip them to reveal Irish coastal Viking settlements on the backside (Waterford, Wexford, Cork, Limerick). These beautifully illustrated boards depict the journeys of Norwegians who traveled to trade, settle, and winter in these enchanting locales. Refresh your gameplay with updated versions of the four exploration boards from the base game, featuring updated iconography and adjusted victory points.

New Buildings: Embrace the innovative concept of random start-buildings with six double-sided 'artisan shed' boards. When constructing a shed, players can select either the front or back of their artisan shed. Similar to stonehouses and longhouses, artisan sheds create new spaces for placing orange and red tiles, delivering bonus goods, silver, and victory points. Many artisan sheds come with specific tile placement requirements, ensuring that each game starts with a unique opportunity!

VP Tokens: Elevate your strategies by discarding occupation cards for VP tokens valued at 2, 3, or 4VP by the end of the game. This updated system adds a competitive edge, as the availability of 4VP and 3VP tokens is limited.
